COVID-19: With the Government advising against all non-essential travel, we wanted to reassure our customers. As plumbing and heating engineers are classified as Key Workers, we continue to operate and attend all your essential plumbing and heating needs.
Following the UK Government and Public Health England guidelines, we adopted extra measures to reduce the risk to both our customers and our staff. Our engineers are asked to:
-carry and use hand sanitizing liquid
-wear face masks
-keep a safe distance of at least 2 meters from customers
-not to shake hands
We kindly ask our customers to make us aware before our visit if you are self-isolating or have contracted Covid-19.
We still operate our 24hr Emergency Service which include issues such as leaks, blockages, drainage problems, emergency plumbing maintenance and heating service.
We want to make sure that we are available to keep you safe and comfortable in your home, while also keeping our team and our community safe by maintaining the lowest health risk possible.
